I hadn't had a 3 hour stretch of sleep in 6 months. She took the time to get to know my baby, his personality, his patterns and habits...as well as my wishes and goals. She is extremely knowledgeable and developed an individualized plan to take us from multiple night wakings (often bed sharing) and many feedings per night to sleeping happily and peacefully in the crib until morning. I knew when were were going to sleep train that if I were to ask for help, it would need to be with someone who was compassionate and patient with me! She was very understanding to my emotions and wonderful at troubleshooting our setbacks. 5/5 from us. I'm very thankful for sleep and would definitely use her again!"

Amy was wonderful to work with!

Our 18 month old daughter went through the worst sleep regression, none of us were getting more than 2-3 hours of sleep a night. We tried everything we could think of to help her sleep, but nothing seemed to be working and after two weeks we were getting pretty desperate. That's when we found Amy. Just one consultation with her and 3 nights later, we were ALL sleeping through the night again. She obviously cares a great deal about her clients and patiently helped us figure out exactly what our daughter needed. We 100% recommend her services to any parents needing a good night's sleep!"

We are so grateful for Amy Landis...

My 6.5 month old hit the 4 month regression and never recovered. We spent most nights with 1 hour long battles to get her to go to bed paired with countless night wakings. Her naps were inconsistent and challenging, too. Amy saved the day! Amy's personalized plan and helpful guidance set us all up for success. She offered so many options for us to decide which method worked for us. She made herself available for extra guidance and support along the way. After 2 weeks, my daughter slept through the night - no pacifier, no night wakings, no night feeding and a smooth bedtime routine. I truly didn't think this would ever be possible! We cannot recommend Amy enough."

Sleep is a game changer...for everyone!

"My husband and I had been struggling mentally and physically due to my sons lack of structure and sleep. With a deployment right around the corner, I was panicking wondering when or if I'd ever catch up on sleep on my own. However, due to the help and guidance extended to us from  Amy, we have done a complete 180! In just the first week our son started sleeping 10 hours through the night and by week 2 he laid down for his naps as well. He has learned to self soothe and we have learned how to support him with the amazing tools and tricks we were shown by Amy. You can definitely see the change in our baby and ourselves.  I never thought we'd see such a drastic change in our son or have the confidence I have in his schedule now."

I would recommend Amy and her services to anyone and everyone!"
