I believe that well rested children are essential to a well rested family. After having my own babies, I quickly realized that sleep was something that needed to be prioritized in order for our family to thrive.

Now, four babies later I am even more convinced that well rested children are happier, healthier and more resilient children.  Living in Amsterdam during my last pregnancy, I experienced a culture that prioritized a mother's wellness and rest for the entire family. Seeing that there could be another option for exhausted mothers gave me a passion for sleep consulting with a desire to help families create their own rhythms of rest.

All I ever wanted to do was be a mama and have a house full of little ones. I had read all the books and researched all the things when I was pregnant with my first, but wasn't prepared to struggle with postpartum anxiety and depression. While I adored my son, I was struggling to make decisions, everything felt monumental and I was paralyzed with worry.  

I quickly realized that the growing amount of sleepless nights were adding to this struggle and creating a vicious cycle. My mama passed away when I was a teenager and so I felt like I was navigating this new journey of motherhood all alone. 

My heart is to help moms who feel alone and exhausted. I want to help you soak up every second of motherhood by creating restful rhythms in your home so you can be present for your little ones.
